Dear Bliss Yoga, Thank you so much for the wonderful classes during my recent visit to Accra. Nana you run an amazing studio with amazing teachers/instructors who after each class left you with something special to go home with. I must say…I’ve traveled around the world and done tons of yoga. I’m from LA, but your studio, really brings it all together. I felt right a home. All levels are welcome. A cool global mix of people, and your teachers and staff just have great vibes! Accra is lucky to have such a studio. Can’t wait to roll out my mat on my next trip. Thank you

I went to last night’s class with Yerina. I just wanted to let you know how incredible it was! I had just gotten off of a 6-hour bus ride from Kumasi complete with blaring movies and screaming preachers, and the class totally transformed my attitude. I have never felt that good after a class. Anyways, I hope Yerina stays around as a guest instructor for a long, long time.
