with a focus on alignment.

  • Learning ‘to place’ weight mid-air.
  • Balancing with calm,¬†away from the ground.
  • Allow yourself to become strongly aware of the magic of patience.
  • Practice courage in your asana practice.
  • Explore tools for self-examination.

CLASS PROGRESSION

  1. Foundation and Alignment of the body, palms, shoulders, spine for safe execution of the postures.
  2. Creating length in hamstrings and spine.
  3. Harnessing Breath & Bandhas (internal energy valves) like strength.
