Starts March 14th - We are super excited to announce that Atsu, a lead member of our Yoga Teacher Training Program will be teaching on Thursdays (starting tonight!) a level 2/3 yoga class! What does that mean? All of our other classes are basic-level 1 classes. His new class will give you a chance to explore your practice and develop more, all levels can join. Just come with an open heart - his classes are accessible and fun. About The Class: Atsu's class is a creative mix of Vinyasa flow with strong elements of the foundation of his practice, Ashtanga yoga. Join us.

This class is an open level Power/Vinyasa Yoga class. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.The power element balances strength based poses that emphasize core work.
