This Monday evening practice is both active and restorative as we seek to unwind the stress held in our system and re-energize for the week ahead. This open-level Vinyasa class emphasizes the flow of breath as it is linked to movement. You will move through both energizing sun salutations and static poses designed to build core strength and functional flexibility. The emphasis on fluid movement helps warm and tone the body and activate energetic systems--exactly what's needed to jump start your week!! The class concludes with a comforting and relaxing Savasana to settle into stillness. Let Monday be your motivation.

Join Bliss teaching alum Lucy (Subbing for Lisa) A blend of yin and yang; this class, using postures and stretches guided by the breath, is aimed to trigger deep relaxation. Utilizing the heat of vinyasa in the first portion of the class, and then moving into the cooling stillness of yin postures to create relaxation and balance. Letting our breath guide us through a slower paced flow. Followed with long holds of calm poses in yin to stretch out our muscles, joints, connective tissue, and fascia. This power/vinyasa flow class is designed to generate heat within the body through movement and will expel toxins, re-energize your body, and then float you sweetly into a final relaxation that creates the space for physical release and mental stillness. You will develop strength, endurance, concentration, and flexibility. It combines active and steady yoga sequences with a focus on alignment. Designed to power you up and build up a SWEAT, this class will strengthen your passion and challenge your SOUL. Movement modifications will be offered to individualize your practice in a way that is safe and supportive. This dynamic class is accessible to all levels.

He is the chief drummer and had played with them for 13 years. He started drumming at the age of 10. He has traveled the world on various tours.
