Teachers Atsu & Bettina (Level 2/3) Yoga Class.8 weeks of Ashtanga with Effort and Ease Class Description: Asthanga is a powerful yoga practice in which we often struggle to find ease. In this 8-week series, Bettina and Atsu will take you through foundational standing, warrior and seated postures enhanced by hands-on-assistance. Each session will have an opening and closing meditation following the 8th-limbed path of yoga.

Teacher: Desi (Open Level) Yin Yoga ClassNote: This is an 8 week class series. In this class, we combine a fluid Yang sequence with the magic of restorative Yin Yoga. Think 30 minutes of dynamic flow, 30 minutes of deep, meditative stretching, topping it off with a long, sweet restoration. Nourishment for the soul. These two approaches to asana practice offer powerful physical and energetic benefits. When combined, they work to balance the solar and lunar, masculine and feminine, and yang and yin energies.
