Teacher Atsu (Open level) Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga ClassThis schedule has been updated for the month of Dec. 2017. Class Level: All levels welcome. This class is often referred to as the original "Power Yoga." Come prepared to build strength, stamina and practice the foundational flow of yoga. Ashtanga Yoga is - Simplicity of Movement, Stillness of Mind, Strength and Silence of the Soul. The Ashtanga approach is composed of energetic series of poses linked to the breath, vinyasa (movement sequenced with breath and rhythm), Drishti (a visual focal point), bandhas (internal energy locks/valve restraints) and meditation to ground the body in muscular strength/flexibility, mental focus and eventual realization of our beautiful selves. Ashtanga uses sun salutations to build heat and detoxify the body and then moves through a series of poses designed to heat, clean, open and purify the body and mind. In the class the teacher will modify the sequence to help beginners. The course follows the main line of the Primary Series (1st Series). The 1st Series realigns the spine, de-conditions negative body/mind patterns and allows the body to cleanse. In these classes the teacher takes more time to dive deeper into the fundamentals of certain postures. The style of practice was created by Sri K Pattabhi Jois, a student of Krishnamacharya.

I want people to feel they are in room where we are taking care not only of their bodies but also their minds. Yoga is a science for well-being and happiness. During Bliss Hour we will move our bodies through the pursuit of happiness helped by the most powerful language in the world: music. Come and start your journey towards the Bliss: the perfect status of happiness and joy. This is the most accessible class of the week - IT'S ONLY 10 CEDIS - please bring your friends and try a class at our studio!

Teacher: Nana (Open Level) Power/Vinyasa Yoga ClassThis schedule has been updated for the month of Dec. 2017. Studio owner brings a big heart to the mat a Bliss. This class is a dynamic strong flow built with sequences that will make you sweat and relax you! This class is an open level Power/Vinyasa Yoga class. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. The power element balances strength based poses that emphasize core work.
