What motivates me along my life’s path and through my yoga journey is staying healthy. There’s always a way to stay active through yoga, regardless if physical condition or perception of physical limitations. My mission is to empower my students to maintain, not just their yoga practice, but the everyday activities that promote wellness.
Although I’m not a morning person, I step outside of my comfort zone to join a weekly cross-training session. I often walk, instead of jumping in a car! Healthy living doesn’t just happen in the yoga studio!!
On the mat during my personal practice, I feel grounded and know that I am becoming the best version of myself. When I’m teaching, I am authentic, connected to my students, and happy to be beneficial to their minds and bodies.
