In the elevation document for this week, A Call For Christian Discernment – it states that many practice yoga as a form of physical exercise. Those who believe that it can be spiritually beneficial usually hold that it I s compatible with any religion.

The question to ponder is: is yoga, or can it be, religiously neutral?

I’ve read several books on yoga, I’ve never felt that I was being converted into Hinduism.
