Bliss Yoga Accra is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Students who enroll in our 200-hour yoga teacher training, are welcome to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200.

Bliss Yoga Accra has made a name for itself, as a leading studio in offering yoga alliance programming in West Africa. It has stayed the course, and is widely created with growing the yoga experience in Ghana, and beyond! We hope you will take the leap of faith as well.

The Course

Journal quotidien: entrées journalières de vos réflexions. Yoga personnel hebdomadaire: pratique à la maison. Lecture continue: Asana et devoirs de lecture en classe. Présentation orale: Yoga sutras assignés (à attribuer à chaque élève). Yoga Buddy: Un partenaire de yoga pour vous aider tout au long du programme. Karma Yoga: Projet de service de karma yoga communautaire - projet de service coordonné de votre choix (vous aurez à écrire plus tard sur votre expérience). Instructeurs experts invités: Une merveilleuse équipe de praticiens participera.
