Focused on building strength and endurance. Intended to get you sweaty and give you a full body work out. All levels welcome.   

👌🏾 1:30 AM MARCH 1ST, 15TH, 22ND & 29TH: Vinyasa Flow Yoga w/Nana 11:30am-12:45pm, 80 cedis. [Cash preferred] New Location! – Goodbox Gym GH, Labone. Class is open level. This class is taught by studio owner, Nana Amoako-Anin. This is a “yoga 4 all” community class. The cost promotes accessibility. Recommended for beginners, those also easing back into practice, intermediate and advanced. You’ll connect to your body and breathing. With over 15 years of teaching experience under her belt – it’s the funniest weekend class in town! A fun cool mix of world music and beats from Nana’s sought-after class playlists!  Class is evenly paced. We’d say more, but HURRY up and get to class!
