Bliss Yoga Accra is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Students who enroll in our 200-hour yoga teacher training, are welcome to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200.

Bliss Yoga Accra has made a name for itself, as a leading studio in offering yoga alliance programming in West Africa. It has stayed the course, and is widely created with growing the yoga experience in Ghana, and beyond! We hope you will take the leap of faith as well.

The Course

Daily Journal: Daily journal entries of your reflections. Weekly Personal Yoga: Practice at home. On-Going Reading: Asana and in-class reading assignments. Oral Presentation: Assigned yoga sutras (to be assigned to each student). Yoga Buddy: A yoga buddy to help you through the program. Karma Yoga: Selfless karma yoga service project – coordinated service project of your choosing (than later write about your experience). Guest Expert Instructors: A wonderful team of practitioners will participate.
